Well, I never had a real HD to compare, but now the new FDC code is
really waiting for a floppy to be inserted in drive A before continuing.
On a real STF (without HD), when you switched on the STF without a disk
in it, you had to wait more than 30 sec to finally get the TOS screen,
we now have the same behaviour (including this long wait)
Maybe some TOS versions are more suited for HD mode and don't wait that
long for a disk to be inserted in drive A: ?
How does a real Falcon behave with no disk and a HD ?
Maybe something is wrong in my code, but at least it's similar to what
my STF does.
