I added now also initial "Usage examples" section, it would be
nice if you could comment on that too.

PS. I also updated the manual build section as Hatari uses now CMake.
Laurent & Nicolas, could you check the manual "Features" section
to see whether it's still up to date?  (Is e.g. all that Falcon
stuff still "experimental"?)
