OSConf values are actually supposed to be countries,
so I used (current) ISO country codes:

Whereas these are language codes.

At least closely related.
However when TOS was created, CS was the correct two letter ISO
country name, see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.cs
I changed this, then it's same as language code. :-)
