I wondered what actually was broken as it's kind of hard to otherwise pin-
point a change that could have fixed it. :-)

Thomas' hdc.c changes were 17 months ago and after that there wasn't
anything that IMHO could have fixed emulated functionality.  But it could've
been a fix to some other, non-ACSI disk related functionality, that
interfered with ACSI.
