I temporarily removed the call and evaluation of SDL_VideoInfo. And
presto, the build continues to the end.
I will do a test of this gizmo later.
Is there really no portable solution for this problem? For a handheld
noone will ever change resolution anyway. The display is 320x240, the
bare minimum for useful ST emulation.
I strongly opt for a compile time configuration like
USE_VARIABLE_HOST_RESOLUTIONS.
