This is an SDL feature.  I think it always grabs mouse and keyboard in
fullscreen.

At least on Linux, even if I disable the grab taken by Hatari with
the attached patch, all key and and mouse events still go to SDL window.


You could try filing a bug about that against SDL:
	http://bugzilla.libsdl.org/

For it to allow switching between virtual desktops when it's in fullscreen.
