I.e. on very high DPI & large monitors ST/STE screens would be postage stamp
sized.  And because that code doesn't center the Atari screen, it would be
in top left corner of the monitor.

But if you nevertheless want to avoid resolution switch for ST/STE modes,
the attached patch does that when you have the "keep resolution" option
enabled.
