Yes, most are 60 ; I don't have any model reference, but you can use 
most recent LCD TV as a monitor too, and those are also available at 100 
Hz or 200Hz.
But there is confusion between the input video freq and the real refresh 
rate of the screen, it's not always easy to find the correct spec from 
the various brands.
