And because TT/Fast-RAM can be up to 128MB, there needs to be some
configuration option for setting its actual size...

I could look into this at some point, but first I need to know whether
Fast-RAM can be used with the OS calls, can code executed from it
(then profiler needs to take it into consideration too) etc.
