Hatari still compiles well in old uae cpu core mode.

I've removed all the system #defines in sysconfig.h
I wish this corrects the #include errors Christer had today.

I've added a new file : custom.c
It contains some code from winuae custom.cpp file + some code taken from 
some other files I didn't want to include. Maybe we'll rename this file 
to a compat.c generic file later (I don't want to change it for now) ?


I'll continue to make hatari link this week end, but if you could have a 
look at the cpuemu.c problem, this would be great.
