[hatari-devel] Added winUae sources

I agree too.
Actually, build68K, and GenCpu compiles with minimum changes (but a lot 
of warnings).

Gencpu generates a core dump.
I'll analyse it tonight.

I'll upload as soon as I've got something running (except if you want 
some sources before)
