I'd like to comment on this a little.

Yes some of us do use Hatari, but only for the very rudimentary things. 
Hatari is far too slow to be able to see how it really looks. The UAE core 
with JIT would be awesome in Hatari.

Likewise you're stuck with 14MB ST-RAM only, and this makes it impossible 
to try the full demo from start to end in Hatari, FastRam (without speed 
limit) would be great.

And finally, most 060 demos are using the MP2 audio decoder (the DSP 
doesn't do anything else so why not) and that doesn't work in Hatari 
either.


So basicly you can use Hatari to do routine by routine and bugtest it, 
but you have no idea how it will perform or look on a real machine. And 
you can't put the demo together or syncronize it. I'd say, the second half 
of the demo making procedure needs a real machine :)
