There are plenty of NVRAM configuration programs for the Falcon, just
install one of those and you can easily switch the language from within
the emulated system.

I think it could work when running pppd on a virtual tty created with
"socat" and using the appropriate PPP software within Hatari, but I
never really tried that on my own.
