[hatari-devel] New FileSelector

I've done a last upload.

I think I've fixed all the possibles case :
    - use of keyboard and mouse together
    - mouse goes above or under the scrollbar
    - mousewheel is used,
    - ...

Could you test the scrollbar and tell me if there's still something 
wrong with it ?

I stop coding on this now.
