I couldn't reproduce it with your hatari.cfg either.

But you could try also switching to normal 16Mhz instead of 32Mhz and using
RGB monitor type instead of VGA.   And maybe trying EmuTOS instead of TOS4
(e.g. in case your ROM file has corrupted).

And check whether using empty dir as hdd helps.

Did you already try full rebuild of Hatari?
