I just installed Ubuntu 10.04 in VMware here and it acts exactly as
under OS X. Eg, capslock repeats in maxYMiser and if I set the env
variable to 1 it works as normal.
One funny thing is that Hataris performance is better under VMware with
Ubuntu 10.04 than native under OS X, even though I only have VMware
running on one CPU-core while in OS X it can use two. But it's no surprise
really, as I've reported countless of times, something is broken in the OS
X version of Hatari performance wise.
