Resolution switching by re-creating the SDL surface is slower than just
setting window fullscreen. For latter it's enough just to tell window
manager to remove the panels and window decorations from the screen, for
former, the monitor has to do something too i.e. there's blank period etc.
With VIDEL video mode change I hope need for that kind of resolution changes
will become less in Hatari though.
