Ok, done.


I've now only moved the debug / log / trace stuff to debug/ subdir as-is
and split the breakcond.c test code to new tests/-dir.  I'll split the
debugui.c, add the trace command + do more completion stuff next week.

Because files changes around, everybody needs to do:
	make distclean && make
