To me, it looks like between Hatari v1.2 and v1.3, the DMA
output amplitude was divided by 4, which should give a 
volume change of -12dB. And indeed, the volume change between
v1.2 and v1.3 is 12.1dB, certainly close enough.

If my data is correct, Hatari v1.2 was 3dBs too loud, meaning
the volume should be multiplied by 0,75 (although that is probably
scaled wrong, it should give a decent value).

This based on 6dB equalling a doubled amplitude in the digital
sound data.
