[hatari-devel] New Release?

Hello again,

I'm back from holidays and happy to come back on hatari.

There are still many things I have to do/recode/improve with the actual 
DSP code.

But as Thomas said, many more DSP programs are running with the actual code.
(There were only 2 DSP programs working with hatari V1.2 :)

So I can continue to improve DSP code with hatari V1.3 without problem :)

I'll rewrite this part in 1 or 2 days. There are many parts of the DSP 
TODO list that are already coded or that would need to be improved.
