Parsing code parsed all the conditions fine, but claimed that each
added breakpoint had only one condition.  I've fixed it now.

There's now proper test code for breakpoint condition matching that
should catch regressions on this.

I added also an "all" breakpoint subcommand for removing all breakpoints
in one go (for CPU or DSP, not both).
